Drop the Mic: Music Industry Conversations
I was a producer, creator, interviewer, and editor for two episodes of this deep dive into the wonderful, mysterious world of our favorite music hit-makers. I spoke to the managers of some of my favorite artists: Dua Lipa, Lana Del Rey, Hailee Steinfeld, Conan Gray, Lauv, and Gracie Abrams.
From inviting the guests to editing the music, these two episodes were passion projects born out of the class I took at Stanford, The Changing World of Popular Music. I took the opportunity to talk to some of my personal music industry heroes, and I learned so much about managing successful artists, taking risks, and how the landscape of music continues to change everyday. I’m very proud of these episodes. :)
